Nothing was greater then the staff. Breakfast lady was very nice. I loved the walkway to the mall. I had a service dog and there was a little dog next door that was very behaved. I loved this hotel and we think you have a great money maker there. I will be back. The only bad things were the water in the room is 2.50ea and ask for a back room any floor 14 or lower. A great little place to eat is right across the bridge called the crab.
The front of the Hotel rooms get the back. The front street is like a mad house

Very nice hotel located right next to the bike trail. Great walking down the trail to get to shops and restaurants. Outstanding experience!
The free breakfast could use a little work, but hey couldn't beat the price!!

Ideal for cyclists looking for comfort
Fantastic location right next to the trail! The hotel had a bike fix station outside which was super helpful for my ride.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but worth it in the end.

The services were outstanding. The room was well-appointed and spotless in good condition, had really nice experience. The breakfast was large with sausage and yogurt and juices, no reason to complain. The location was favourable, close to Allegany Museum.
Nothing, all great.

The location was perfect for getting to our family reunion in Cumberland. Breakfast was satisfying and was a good variety.
We stay at this facility at least twice a year for family get-togethers. We were there the first year they opened. My husband and I were surprised by how much the interior has deteriorated. Our room (306) was not clean. I wore a pair of white socks around the room and after two hours my socks were filthy. The bathroom floor was not mopped. The towels were stained and thread bare. I was thankful that I had brought anit-bacterial wipes for the remote and phones----both were disgusting.

I liked the convenience off the interstate for our visits to Frostburg State University. The staff was very respectful, courteous and friendly. When I realized the king size bed reservation was not going to accommodate us they were very diligent to set us up another room best fitting my family's needs.
Healthier and fresher breakfast food. For example real scrambled eggs rather than reheated or pre packaged egg patties and more assorted fresh fruit aside from apples & bananas. The King size bed did not seem to me to be a actual size king. The mattress was too soft as if they were worn out.

This is the first time I attended a music festival and did not camp ( Del fest ). At first I thought it was ridiculous to spend such money however it was so worth it. I feel so much more rested then previous years camping. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Jacuzzi was awesome with powerful jets. Lovely peaceful environment near downtown and close to the train tracks to hear a distant train whistle. Fairfield Inn employees were very accomidating and friendly. I do not think I will ever camp at this festival again knowing how pleasant an experience can be just minutes away from the festival site. Thanks so very much. Peace Sue
Doors are heavy and hard to close lightly. They make a loud slam if you don't control the closing of the door. Not a big deal for me really. Rather have them high quality and heavy than light and flimsy.

The suite offered ample space with a comfortable layout. The breakfast spread was great with various options tailored for different tastes.

We arrived after midnight and were exhausted! The hotel staff quickly registered us and we were asleep 15 minutes later! The morning breakfast was very good. We took advantage of the nice weather and took our breakfast outside to the patio area. Staff was friendly and accommodating!
It was noisy-party going on down the hall, but we were so tired that it didn't bother us.

The brand new Fairfield Inn & Suites Cumberland was in a perfect location for a traveler. Easy on, easy off the interstate...The interior of the Inn was beautifully decorated in a modern decor. The breakfast eating area is large and comfortable...The entire establishment was very inviting, encouraging me to stay there again.
